advantage the Sea Waybill over the Bill of Lading

• It can be sent by electronics (e-mail, fax, scan) to the destination office or parties name of the document.  it's more benefit for short transshipment time
• Releasing cargo at destination is made upon on appropriate identification of the consignee

note : 

some country regulation do not allowed the issuance of Sea Waybill, only accept the original bill of lading (e.g. Brazil).
